Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods, including bank transfer, but our preferred method of payment is via bank transfer.

For Mastercard, Visa, and AMEX transactions, a surcharge of 3% will be applied to the total amount.

Please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to be received by our bank. If you wish to expedite the process, you may email us a screenshot of the payment receipt as proof of payment to accounts@saehomeliving.com.

Each type of client is subject to different payment terms. Please refer to the relevant sections below for more information on payment terms for retail, business trade, and wholesale clients.

Retail Customers

Payment terms

  • First payment:  50% deposit to process your order.
  • Second payment: The remaining balance, including the shipping fee, must be paid before we dispatch your order.

Please note that our payment terms are strict and if the payment is not made by the due date, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Business Trader

We welcome business trading such as architects, interior designers, developers, and furniture brokers who do not wish to buy bulk items for their projects. We are happy to offer a special discounted price off the retail price.

Wholesaler and Reseller 

Benefits applied to wholesalers include a discounted retail price and more flexible payment terms. These policies also apply to custom orders.

Payment Terms

As a wholesaler, you will receive a 5% discount applied to the total order (excluding shipping fees and taxes) if you pay in lump sum.

  • First payment: 50% deposit to approve your quote and process your order.
  • Second payment: 30% of the remaining balance once we complete the raw body stage and start the finishing process.
  • Final payment: The remaining balance, including the shipping fee, must be paid before we dispatch your order.
