Send your design to us
To send us your design, you can email us a drawing or a picture at email@example.com. Please ensure that the drawing includes sizing details. If you do not have the measurement details, we will estimate them together. During this stage, we will also discuss the materials, including woods, fabrics, accessories, and hardware details, as well as shipment. If you need to see material samples, we are happy to send them to your destination via air with extra shipping cost.
We’ll generate a quote for you based on the information that we have in our first step. Please allow up to two weeks for this process. The more complex materials required, the longer it will take. If you provide us with a budget for the product, it will make the process quicker and more accurate for us in choosing the materials.
After we receive your approval of our quote, we will send an invoice for the sample(s), including the shipping fee. Once full payment has been made, our engineering team will develop a drawing of your design for approval. This service is complimentary and ensures that we have accurate measurements of the design to limit errors during production.
Generating a sample can take up to one month due to the process from logs into furniture. We will send you a picture of the sample, and you can only make one revision. We will organise the shipment of the sample to your destination.
To continue to the next process, we require a deposit of 50% of the invoice balance (please refer to our payment terms). The production timeline varies and depends on the complexity of the products and the quantity. Most of our production takes around 2 to 4 months, and during busy periods, it may take up to 6 months. You can track the progress of your order on our website by logging in to your account and going to your order details.
During the production process, we will organise the shipment via sea freight to your destination. If you would like to organise your own shipment, please let us know in advance when you send us the design. For any questions regarding shipment, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. It usually takes around 1 to 2 months to arrive at your destination via sea freight.
